Distributed operation

The Tetonic Engine is designed as distributed infrastructure. Growing beyond one machine should not require a different product.

Begin with responsibilities

An application supplies intent and context. Coordination organizes work. Execution resources carry it out, and the state layer preserves the record. Inference supplies model responses.

These roles may be close together on one machine or separated across infrastructure. The homepage diagram illustrates these roles; it is not a live cluster monitor or a deployment command.

Keep the trust boundary explicit

Decide which machines belong to your environment, which tools they may use, and which network connections are permitted. More compute does not remove the need for access boundaries.

Scale with evidence

Capacity depends on workload, model choice, hardware, concurrency, and the implementation. There is no published throughput or maximum-node guarantee here. Validate your intended topology and failure behavior before relying on it for production.

Discuss your infrastructure or inspect the source.
